Shipping policy

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All products are shipped via Royal Mail (for UK and international orders) or Canada Post (for Canadian and US orders), using the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Tracked, and Expedited services, depending on your location.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Europe
  • Selected International Destinations

If you are outside these areas and do not have shipping options at checkout, please contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping availability.

 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Processing time may extend during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional sales.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information (if applicable).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on the carrier, service level, and destination, and are provided to you at checkout.

Note: These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen events (e.g. weather disruptions).

 International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees based on the destination country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We do not mark items as “gift” or undervalue shipments on customs forms.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracked and Expedited services include a tracking number. This will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your order via the Canada Post or Royal Mail website using the tracking number provided.

 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is beyond our control, but we will assist with filing a claim if necessary.
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to sender due to:

  • Non-delivery (e.g. failed delivery attempts, customs refusal),
  • Unclaimed parcels at the post office,
  • Or incorrect shipping information provided,

... we will offer a reshipment (at customer’s cost) or a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return postage fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for tracked or expedited orders requiring a signature.
